Justice for Victim : Kolkata Female Doctor Murder
In RG Kar Medical College in Kolkata, a female postgraduate trainee doctor was raped and killed. Hence, the man called Sanjay Roy has been taken into custody concerning this incidence and is being subjected to investigations.
Following this order of the Calcutta High Court, CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) starts investigation in connection with murder case.
However, lady doctors: but there are demonstrations by doctors following killing of lady doctor. There were many women who took part in the protest at midnight outside hospital premises. On top of that, police used force to disperse them from their demonstration.
Thereafter, some people invaded the intensive care unit (ICU) section of the health facility and vandalized its equipment. They also beat up policemen. The law enforcement officers then resorted to tear gas which helped break apart the crowd further.
Evidence: According to police reports 15 officers were injured during this incident. A total number of nine suspects have been apprehended for involvement in related crimes. Under such circumstances have claims arisen that evidence was tampered with at the place where she was murdered as well as where her body was found.
There has, however, been a reaction from the Kolkata Police. They have said that inside this seminar room no one touched or took anything.

Construction work around the seminar room led to accusations of evidence tampering during rebuilding. BJP accused Mamata Banerjee government of trying to destroy evidence. Consequently, violence broke out at the scene subsequently. Now, there is a new accusation that evidences themselves were destroyed by police officers.
Doctors strike in Tamil Nadu to condemn the Kolkata incident like this, doctors are also protesting in Tamil Nadu.
